Welcome to OrbiPaws. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of orbipaws.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

The Site is operated by OrbiPaws ("we", "us" or "our"). You can contact us through our contact page at orbipaws.com/pages/contact.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products

We try to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. OrbiPaw is an interactive toy for dogs. It is not a chew toy: always supervise your dog during play, remove the toy if it becomes damaged, and keep it away from water. Follow the instructions included with the product.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency of your market and may change at any time without notice. Prices for orders already placed will not change. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout where applicable. Automatic discounts and promotions are subject to their stated conditions and may end at any time. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Orders

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, not that it has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping

We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and Mexico. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our control. See our Shipping page for details.

7. Returns, refunds and guarantee

Returns, refunds and our 30-day guarantee against defects are governed by our Returns & Guarantee policy, available at orbipaws.com/pages/returns, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the OrbiPaws name and logo, text, images, videos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Use of the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false information. We may suspend access to the Site at any time.

10. Reviews and comments

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm that it is truthful and that you own the rights to it, and you allow us to display it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including damage caused by misuse of the product or failure to follow its instructions. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

13. Third-party services

The Site may use or link to third-party services (such as payment providers and carriers). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
