Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and Mexico. If your country isn't listed at checkout, we're not able to deliver there yet.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is FREE on every order, with no minimum purchase.

3. Delivery time

Orders are delivered in 5–8 business days from the moment your order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. During busy periods (such as Black Friday or the holiday season), or because of weather, customs checks or carrier delays, your order may take a little longer.

4. Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show updates after you receive it.

5. Multiple items

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive tracking information for each package.

6. Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped to Canada, Australia or Mexico may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

8. Delayed, lost or damaged packages

  • If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of being placed, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days.
  • If your OrbiPaw arrives damaged, send us your order number and a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Returns & Guarantee policy for details.
